In bishop's DUI case, lawyer says other driver 'disabled'

WAKEFIELD, R.I. - Worcester Bishop Robert J. McManus pleaded not guilty during a brief appearance in district court Tuesday to driving under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
