Springfield Township , OH : Semi trailer was crashed at ramp from 224 East to I-77 in Summit County on Friday , December 12th 2014

The ramp from 224 East to I-77 North is back open after a semi crash in southern Summit County early Friday morning.

The crash, which happened around 3 a.m., closed the ramp until shortly before noon.
