A Cooperstown woman was cited in a one-vehicle crash that occurred at about 11 p.m. Wednesday on Patchel Run Road in Jackson Township.
Franklin state police said a Dodge Caravan was headed north when the driver, Brieann Carone, 33, lost control of the vehicle.
The vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and then went back across both the north and southbound lanes, police said. The vehicle then struck a ditch, culvert and shrub before rolling onto the passenger side and coming to rest in the northbound lane.
Carone, who refused transport for treatment, was cited for careless driving.
