Osceola County, FL : Man killed and four others injured in three-car crash on State Road 60 near Peavine Road on Sunday afternoon, March 15, 2015

A man was killed and four others injured in a three car crash in Osceola County Sunday afternoon.

It happened on State Road 60 near Peavine Road around 6 p.m.
The Florida Highway Patrol says a man was traveling east on SR 60 when the vehicle behind him rear-ended him and pushed his vehicle into the path of another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. The two vehicles collided head-on.

FHP said the man whose vehicle was pushed into the other lane was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
Troopers said the driver of the car that rear-ended the victim’s car suffered minor injuries.

The teenage driver and two teenage passengers that collided with the victim’s car also suffered minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation and troopers said charges are pending.
