Monessen, PA : Scottdale woman accused of fleeing Hempfield crash on Monday, November, 20th 2017

A Scottdale woman faces charges after fleeing a crash in Hempfield, state police said.

As Toyota SUV headed west about 3:10 p.m. Monday on Route 30 at North Greengate Road, Kirstie Hogan, 24, caused a crash when she turned her Dodge pickup left during a red light from eastbound Route 30 and into its path, police said. No one was injured.

Both vehicles pulled over after the crash, but police said Hogan then fled the scene. Investigators tracked her down and will charge her with failing to give information and render aid after an accident.
