Ashfield, MA : Woman dies from injuries in crash on Route 112 Monday, August 29, 2016

A driver died from injuries sustained in a crash in Ashfield.

State police said they responded to reports of a car crash on Route 112 Monday. The crash caused the northbound lane to be closed for about an hour during the investigation.

The victim was identified as a 67-year-old woman from Adams, Massachusetts.

A male passenger was taken to Berkshire Medical Center for unknown injuries.
