Williamsport, PA : 2-vehicle crash in Williamsport kills teen, 18 on Friday, 10th August 2018

A vehicle accident at the intersection of Rose and West Fourth streets resulted in the death of Jessica Hooper, 18, address unknown.
According to Patrolman Jordan Stolzfus of the city police, Hooper was driving her vehicle west on West Fourth Street around 4:30 p.m. Friday when she ran the red light and was struck by a vehicle driven by Nancy Roupp at the intersection with Rose Street.
Hooper, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from her vehicle when it rolled over.
Although the coroner was called it is unclear if Hooper was pronounced dead at the scene or at UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport Regional Medical Center where she was taken by ambulance.
Scanner reports had stated that an emergency helicopter had been put on standby.
