Pickup plummets off overpass Crash Federal Way Washington

A pickup crashed off an Interstate 5 overpass in Federal Way and onto a road below.Police said two people were inside the truck when it crashed into a freeway median and onto South 288th Street around 7 p.m. Sunday.
No one on the road was hurt.Troopers said the driver tried to deceive them about what actually happened.When troopers arrived, those in the pickup told them that the driver ran from the scene, but police said they determined that no one ran and the driver was arrested.
Both the driver and the passenger were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.It’s unclear of drugs or alcohol were involved.
