Loving, N.M : 60-year-old Daniel Rosenberg died in a vehicle rollover crash in southern New Mexico on Saturday, March 7, 2015

On Saturday, March 7, 2015 around 12:30 a.m., officers from the New Mexico Motor Transportation Police Department responded to the scene of a single vehicle crash. This crash occurred at mile marker 2 on Eddy County Road 725, south of Loving, New Mexico.

The initial investigation revealed a 2014 Mack commercial motor vehicle was eastbound on Eddy County Road 725. The vehicle failed to navigate a curve in the roadway, drove off the right hand shoulder, and subsequently rolled over.

The driver of the Mack commercial motor vehicle was identified as Daniel Rosenberg, sixty years of age from Scottsdale, AZ. Mr. Rosenberg sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

This vehicle crash is still under investigation.
