NEW LONDON, MO : 3 injured in accident near New London on Wednesday, 13th February 2019

The driver and two occupants of a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am required medical treatment after the car slid off the side of Route V at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The car struck an embankment, about one mile east of New London.

Driver Abigail E. Miller, 18, and passenger Anna M. Jones, 16, were both taken by ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital. A second passenger, Christian D. Shore, 17, was taken by private auto to Hannibal Regional Hospital. All three were wearing seat belts.

All three suffered minor to moderate injuries, Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
