LIMA, OH : A single-vehicle crash on Sunday, August 5, 2017

Holly C. Mooney, 23, of Lima was in critical condition Sunday after a single-vehicle crash Saturday night.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a 2002 Dodge Neon drive by 23-year-old Patrick E. Hull, of Lima, was eastbound on Bluelick Road when he attempted to pass an eastbound vehicle on the right, went off the right side of the roadway, over-corrected, crossed over Bluelick Road, rolled and struck a utility pole. Holly C. Mooney was a passenger in the vehicle.

Hull was treated for minor injuries at the scene. Mooney was taken to Lima Memorial Health System by Bath Township Emergency Medical Squad. She was then taken by Promedica Air Ambulance to Promedica Hospital in Toledo where her condition was listed as critical Sunday afternoon.

Seat belts were not in use at the time of the crash. Alcohol was believed to be a factor, according to officials.
