Rochester police are investigating a crash that sent three teens to the hospital on Thursday night. Police said an SUV was heading north on Blackwater Road when the driver failed to negotiate a sharp turn and left the roadway, slamming into a large rock and tree around 11:45 p.m. The 18-year-old driver and his two teen passengers suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
