A crash involving four vehicles caused traffic delays on Route 322 in Dauphin County on Wednesday.

The crash happened around 3 p.m. at mile marker 240.

Emergency dispatchers confirmed EMS was sent to the crash, but it is currently unknown how many people were injured.

The westbound lanes experienced delays.
