Jacksonville,FL : I-95 northbound traffic backed up for miles due to crashes on may, wednesday 10th 2017

Traffic was backed up for nearly four miles as of 6:45 a.m. on Interstate 95 northbound Wednesday morning.
Times-Union news partner traffic reporter Katie Jeffries said a crash involving two semis had two lanes blocked.
