Waverly, TN : Four people injured in crash on I-40 in Humphreys County on Wednesday morning, June 22, 2016

Several people were injured in a crash in Humphreys County on Wednesday morning.

A minivan was heading eastbound on Interstate 40 when it went onto the shoulder near Highway 13.

The driver over-corrected, causing the vehicle to roll over before it hit a concrete barrier and rolled over two more times.

Two passengers had to be extricated and were airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Two others inside the vehicle were transported to TriStar Horizon Medical Center.

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, charges have not been filed against the driver.
