BOSTON TOWNSHIP, OH : 2 dead, 2 injured after high-speed 30-mile chase on Ohio Turnpike from Trumbull to Summit County, crash on Boston Mills Road on Monday, 15th March 2021

Two people died and two others were hospitalized after a crash in northern Summit County following a high-speed chase on the Ohio Turnpike that started in Trumbull County.

The State Highway Patrol is investigating the chase and crash, and has not released additional information about the victims. The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that two people died in the crash but provided no additional information.

Troopers around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday spotted a BMW going 94 mph west on the turnpike just west of Lordstown in Trumbull County, the highway patrol said in a news release. The speed limit is 70 mph.
