A 43-year-old Orlando man died Friday afternoon when a tanker trailer turned in front of his motorcycle on Hoffner Avenue in southeast Orange County, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

Around 3:45 p.m., the motorcyclist was riding eastbound in the outside lane of Hoffner Avenue when a tanker trailer driving in the inside lane made a wide right turn onto Beatles Lane, partially blocking the motorcyclist’s path, FHP’s Lt. Kim Montes said.
