Burley, ID : One person injured in multi-vehicle accident near Filer on Sunday September 11 2016

One person was injured in a three-vehicle crash Sunday night at the intersection of U.S. 93 and 3700 North south of Filer.

Idaho State Police investigated the crash around 9:15 p.m.

Maynor Aguilar-Herrera, 26, of Twin Falls, was driving west on 3700 North Road in a 2002 Mercury Sable, according to a statement from ISP.

Aguilar-Herrera proceeded through the stop sign into the path of a 2010 Ford F150, driven by Benjamin Allred, 36, of Twin Falls.

Allred’s vehicle was struck by a 2000 GMC Sonoma, driven by Elizabeth Knutson-Lloyd, 62, of Twin Falls.

Knutson-Lloyd’s vehicle then struck Aguilar-Herrera’s vehicle before coming to rest in the lanes of travel.

Aguilar-Herrera wasn’t wearing a seat belt and was taken to St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center by ambulance. All other occupants were wearing seat belts.
