NASHVILLE, TN : Deadly crash blocks road in Bellevue on Wednesday, 25th September 2024

Metro Nashville police have released more information on the deadly crash in Bellevue overnight.

Police said the driver of a Lexus GS460 died after his car ran off of Hicks Road and struck a fence, then a tree just after 1 a.m.

The driver has been identified as a 51-year-old man who lived on the road. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to officers.

Police identified the driver as Greg Polsdofer.
