Olympia, WA : 1 killed in Kirkland crash on Monday, February 27th 2017

A car slammed in to a utility pole in Kirkland early Monday, killing one person.

The car was believed to be travelling at high speeds about 1 a.m. when it left the road and struck the light pole, said Corporal Cody Mann of the Kirkland Police Department.

The crash closed the 13700 block of Northeast 124th Street in both directions.
