ATLANTA, GA : Amazon driver accused of deadly hit-and-run now facing drug charges on Tuesday, 12th November 2024

The Amazon delivery driver charged in Tuesday’s fatal hit-and-run has received additional charges, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say traffic investigators obtained a search warrant for the Amazon van and discovered narcotics inside.

The new charges against London Best, 24, include possession of marijuana less than one ounce, possession of a schedule one narcotic (THC wax) and possession of drug-related objects.
