Troy, AL : 19-year-old Banks man dies in single-vehicle crash in Pike County on Sunday, Nov 22, 2015

A single-vehicle has crash claimed the life of a 19-year-old Banks man, according Alabama Law Enforcement Agency officials.

Corporal Jess Thornton says the crash happened Sunday around 6:30 p.m. on Alabama 130 near the 11 mile marker. Jesse Sutton was killed when the 2011 Dodge Avenger he was driving left the roadway, struck a tree and caught fire. Sutton was pronounced dead at the scene.

No additional information surrounding the crash has been given as Troopers continue to investigate.
