Le Claire, IA: I-80 Eastbound lanes reopen after crash blocks traffic near LeClaire on Thursday, July 23rd 2015

The roadway is back open after a crash on Interstate 80 caused a traffic backup near LeClaire, Iowa.The Iowa Department of Transportation said the crash happened in the eastbound lanes around 4:30 p.m. Thursday, July, 23, 2015. It happened between Exit 306 and the Mississippi River Bridge.The LeClaire Police Department was on scene. Both of the eastbound lanes were closed at 5 p.m.“Please consider taking an alternate route,” police said.Initial reports indicated that a semi was involved in
the crash.
