Findlay, OH : Forest man killed in a single-car crash in Hancock County on Sunday evening, January 18, 2015

A Hancock County man is dead after the sheriff's office say he lost control of his car Sunday evening.

Ronald Tangeman, 65, of Forest, Ohio was pronounced dead at the scene, along County Road 304, just before 10 p.m. Sunday.

The Hancock County Sheriff's Office says Tangeman was driving eastbound on CR 304 when he swerved to the right, came back onto the roadway, then overcorrected and spun. Deputies say Tangeman's car spun into a tree before coming to a stop.

The sheriff's office says the cause of the accident remains under investigation.
