Oklahoma troopers say a Tulsa County deputy has been taken to a hospital after rolling his patrol SUV.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Whit Cochran tells KOTV-TV (http://bit.ly/1AtWXp1 ) the crash happened Monday afternoon just west of Sand Springs. He says the deputy was responding to an emergency call and took an exit ramp too fast.
The deputy's identity hasn't been released. It's unclear what emergency he was responding to.
Cochran says the deputy was knocked unconscious but was alert when paramedics placed him in an ambulance. He was taken to a Tulsa hospital and his condition is unclear.
Troopers are investigating the crash.
