Phoenix, AZ: Serious crash that closed I-17 on Monday, August 3rd 2015

A crash on northbound Interstate 17 at 7th Street closed down a portion of the highway Monday night, according to officials, but it was reopened.The Arizona Department of Transportation said a "serious crash" that happened on the northbound lanes of I-17 at 7th Street closed down the highway at the Interstate 10 split.Officials did reopen the lanes.Officials also said the southbound lanes of I-17 were not affected in the incident.No other information is known at this time.
