PRESTON, CT : Norwich man killed when car hit curb, flipped over on Sunday, December 4th, 2016

State police say a Norwich man was killed when his car flipped onto its roof and into a ditch on state Route 165 in Preston.

Police say 68-year-old James Ferando had been driving eastbound Sunday morning when he crossed into the westbound lane, went off the road and hit a curb.

Police say Ferando was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
