Bunker Hill, WV: Woman charged with DUI resulting in death in Bunker Hill on Saturday, July 25th 2015

Two people are dead following a two vehicle accident on Saturday. According to a press release, Troopers with the West Virginia State Police in Martinsburg arrived at the 1100 block of Winchester Avenue around 3:34 a.m. and found one of the vehicles on fire. While en-route to the scene, Troopers were advised that three individuals involved in the crash had fled the scene, according to the release.According to the press release, it was later determined that there were two fatalities, and the "at fault" driver, Clairesse Felipe, was intoxicated. Felipe was later located at the Inwood 7-11, which was approximately three miles from the accident scene.
Felipe was taken into custody and charged with DUI resulting in death, failure to render aid, failure to maintain control, and obstructing, according to the release.The identity of the two victims remain to be determined at this time.
