Longmont, CO : Ken Pratt crash on Ken Pratt Boulevard in Longmont on Wednesday, 28th November 2018

One man was hospitalized night after a rear-end crash between a pickup truck and a semitrailer on Ken Pratt Boulevard in Longmont.

Longmont police Cmdr. Joel Post said the crash occurred at 7:45 p.m. near East County Line Road.

Police believe the driver of the pickup was headed west on Ken Pratt Boulevard when he rear-ended a semitrailer that had stopped for a traffic light.

The driver of the pickup was taken to UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital with serious leg injuries, Post said. The driver of the semitrailer was not injured.

The case is still under investigation.
