LANCASTER COUNTY, SC : 1 dead, 4 hurt in Lancaster County crash on Friday, 25th October 2024

One person is dead and four others are hurt after a crash in Lancaster County Friday night, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the crash happened around 8:30 p.m. on Old Hickory Road near Boxcar Road.
A Toyota SUV with five people inside was traveling north on Old Hickory Road, went off the road to the right, struck a ditch and a tree and overturned.
One person died on the scene and four others were taken to area hospitals with injuries.
