Deerfield Beach, FL : Man killed in hit-and-run crash in Deerfield Beach on Saturday morning September 26 2015.

The Broward Sheriff's Office is searching for the driver who struck and killed a man early Saturday morning in Deerfield Beach.The hit-and-run crash was reported just after 1:30 a.m. in the area of West Hillsboro Boulevard and Northwest SecondTerrace.Detectives said a deputy was patrolling the area and found the victim, identified as Kenneth Jones, 53, in the roadway.Deputies said Jones was crossing the street in a non-designated area when he was struck.Evidence found at the scene shows that the car involved in the crash was a 2005-2010 BMW 3 Series. The car most likely has damage to the lower front driver's side.
