Seattle, WA : Wenatchee woman, girl airlifted to Seattle after crash on Tuesday morning, August 5, 2014
A 30-year-old Wenatchee woman was in serious condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle this morning after a one-car accident near Vantage that also injured a 5-year-old girl.
Stephanie A. Housden and the girl were injured when a car driven by Housden failed to negotiate a curve on Interstate 90 about seven miles west of Vantage, according to a Washington State Patrol report. The car struck a dirt embankment, rolled and came to rest on its wheels.
Both Housden and the girl were airlifted to Harborview.
The State Patrol does not list names of juveniles injured in accidents so it was not possible to learn the child’s condition.
