Williamson County, IL : 1 person dead after head-on crash on Illinois 166 in Williamson County on Friday, 13th December, 2019

One person has died and another is being treated at an out-of-state hospital for serious injuries after a head-on crash Friday morning in Williamson County.

The crash happened at about 7:35 a.m. Friday on Illinois 166, about a quarter mile north of Old Creal Springs Road. Law enforcement is not yet identifying the drivers involved in the crash.
