Avoca, IA : One died, three men injured in a crash on Interstate 80 near Avoca Saturday night, October 22, 2016

Authorities have identified three men injured in a crash that killed one man Saturday night on Interstate 80 near Avoca.

Officials say the driver of the car, Jesus German, 26, was injured.

Also injured were passengers Steven Baney, 20, and Antonio Aguilar, 26.

All three men are from Talmage, Nebraska.

The man killed in the crash has not been identified by authorities as they continue to work to notify family.

Charges are pending against German pending toxicology results.

Aguilar was treated at the hospital and released. He is in the Shelby County Jail awaiting extradition on a felony warrant out of Otoe County.
