VANCOUVER,WA : Driver going wrong way causes major crash off I-5 in Vancouver on Tuesday, 7th May 2024

An 18-year-old Wilsonville woman caused a major crash Tuesday morning after going the wrong way on SR 14 off of 1-5 in Vancouver, according to the Washington State Patrol.

According to the police report, Olivia Farrior got onto SR 14 going east in the westbound lane at the City Center ramp off I-5. She drove between two headed west and hit them both head on. All three cars were totaled.
