Wallingford, CT : Motorcyclist injured after crash on Route 150, near Old Colony Road on Tuesday afternoon, September 13, 2016

A motorcyclist was hospitalized Tuesday afternoon after police say he collided with a car on Route 150.

The accident occurred around 1 p.m. on Route 150, near Old Colony Road. The man riding the motorcycle was taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital with possible head injuries, according to Officer Chris Evans. There were two people in the car, both of whom were uninjured.

According to Evans, the motorcycle was in the left turn lane on Old Colony Road when it went around the vehicle in front of it and collided with the front left side of the car, which was driving north on Route 150 near the railroad bridge.
