DeKalb County, GA : 3 children escape serious injury in DeKalb crash on Saturday, 21st July 2018

Three children escaped serious injuries after the pickup truck they were riding in crashed in DeKalb County.

The 19-year-old driver, Cody Bute, from Auburn, told police that he was driving west on Indiana 8 when his truck started to slide while he was going around a curve in the 4200 block.

The truck slid off the south side of the road, hit a utility pole, then flipped onto its top, a statement from the DeKalb County Sheriff's department said.
