Crash near Clinton killed three people

A crash near Clinton on Saturday killed three people, including a Springfield woman.

Jennifer N. Reeder, 19, was driving north on Missouri 13 just north of Clinton about 2 p.m. when the car crossed the center line, sideswiped a vehicle then hit a third head-on, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Reeder and a passenger, Erin L. Hook, 20, of St. Joseph, were killed in the crash, as was the driver of the third vehicle. That person was identified as Paul W. Stankus, 49, of Clinton.

Eugene A. Hagameier, 65, of Nixa, was driving the second car and he was not injured, according to the report.
