Amarillo, TX :20-year-old Jordan Dixon killed after single vehicle crash on Saturday ,August 1st 2015

An Amarillo man is dead after he was ejected from his car in a single vehicle accident.

DPS troopers said 20-year-old Jordan Dixon was traveling north on State Highway 70 in Ochiltree county when he drove off the road, through a fence, and crashed into a tree.

Dixon was pronounced dead at the scene and troopers are unsure if a seat belt was in use.

Troopers said fog in the area may have been a factor in the crash.
