FALLS COUNTY, TX : Authorities identify drivers in fatal crash on FM 107 at CR 499A on Sunday, 7th July 2019

Authorities Monday identified two women who died in a head-on crash Sunday in Falls County that left two teenagers injured as Penny Ojeda, 59, of Wichita Falls and Abbie Hutton, 27, of Palestine.

The crash happened at around 6 p.m. Sunday on FM 107 at CR 499A.

Ojeda was driving a Chevrolet west on FM 107 when she attempted to pass another vehicle and her vehicle crashed into an eastbound Ford SUV that Hutton was driving, Department of Public Safety Sgt. Ryan Howard said.

The Ford overturned in the crash.
