Eden, VT : Vehicle crashes into Eden General Store on Monday morning, December 28, 2015

A vehicle crashed into the Eden General Store Monday morning. The 23-year-old driver from Virginia told police he was blinded by the sun and unfamiliar with the roads.

Police say Jordan Parker was traveling at about 45 miles per hour when he failed to stop at an intersection and plowed into the store. They say the crash caused significant structural damage. Four employees were inside the building, but police say no one was injured.

Police say alcohol was not involved and no criminal charges are pending.
