Jackson hit and run victim dies - Biloxi Sun Herald

The accident happened early Friday morning. Police say 22-year-old Scotty Ford Orem, Utah, died at the University of Mississippi Medical Center over the weekend. Police have charged 20-year-old Jacob England of Florence in the incident.
