Brentwood woman charged in Highway 24 collision that killed Pittsburg man

The California Highway Patrol says Annelise McKay was driving drunk in the wrong direction of the highway in Lafayette early May 3 and collided head on with 51-year-old Alvaro Santos Cruz. He died at the scene, and McKay suffered minor injuries.
