Sharp County, AR : Fulton Co. man dead following single vehicle crash on Highway 175 north of Hardy on Friday evening, March 17, 2017

A Fulton County man died Friday evening in a single vehicle car crash.

According to a crash report from Arkansas State Police, the crash happened on Highway 175 just north of Hardy shortly after 8:00 p.m.

The report states 78-year-old Boyd Estes of Mammoth Springs was driving his 2000 Buick Lesabre south when his vehicle "failed to negotiate a left hand curve, drove off the right side of the highway, and struck a tree."

The report adds that it was raining and road conditions were wet at the time of the crash.
