ST. CLAIR COUNTY, AL : Anniston man killed in head-on collision before being struck by tractor-trailer on Tuesday, 20th February 2024

An Anniston man was killed in a multi-vehicle vehicle accident involving a car and two tractor-trailers, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

ALEA says the accident occurred Tuesday, Feb. 20 around 9:15 a.m.

Ryan C. Harrison, 36, was killed when the vehicle he was driving collided head-on with another vehicle on I-59 near the 169 mile marker, just a few miles north of Ashville, in St. Clair County.

After the initial impact, Harrison’s vehicle was then struck by a Freightliner tractor-trailer.
