HANSON, MA : Pembroke man injured in Hanson crash on Wednesday, 14th March 2018
A Pembroke man was injured Wednesday evening when his vehicle drove off the road and rolled into a yard, police said.
Police and firefighters responded to the area of 831 East Washington St. about 5:50 p.m. for a report of a rollover crash.
Officers found a white 2018 Jeep Cherokee in a ditch, leaning against a tree and other brush.
“The operator, a 67-year-old Pembroke resident left the roadway and lost control of his vehicle, striking a trash container and rolling over,” said Police Chief Michael Miksch.
The man, who suffered minor injuries, was treated at the scene by firefighters and taken by ambulance to Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital.
The crash is being investigated by Officer Leo Arseneau.
