Logan County, OK : Man run over and killed by own vehicle near Crescent Road on Tuesday morning, May 31, 2016

A man was killed Tuesday morning after being run over by a vehicle in Logan County.

A woman was trying to leave a home in the 17600 block of West Dover, near Crescent Road, when a man tried to assault her through a car window, officials said.

The vehicle knocked him over and then ran over him.

The man, whose identity has not been released, died at the scene.

Authorities are checking the woman's blood for intoxication and she may face charges.
