LAS VEGAS, NV : 29-year-old inmate killed at Ely State Prison on Wednesday, 12th July 2023

An inmate was killed this week at Ely State Prison, the Nevada Department of Corrections confirmed.

Michael Rumble, 29, was killed in an incident at the northeastern Nevada detention center.

A spokesperson for NDOC said the investigation remains active and there would be no further comment.
