WILLMAR, MN : Willmar Senior High School mock crash on Tuesday, 1st May 2018

Willmar Senior High School students watched emergency responders arrive Tuesday at the scene of a mock car crash outside of the school. The mock crash was conducted in collaboration with several local agencies to educate students on what happens at the scene of an accident. The staged scenario occurred after the driver, portrayed by senior Jordyn Swoboda, was texting while in a construction zone and crashed into a construction vehicle, in turn killing the passenger, played by senior Clay Carlson.
