PLATTSBURGH, NY : Plattsburgh college to hold vigil for student killed in highway crash on Wednesday, 2nd November 2016

A Plattsburgh college student killed in a highway crash this week will be remembered Wednesday night.

Akeem Carr-Foster died when he was thrown from a vehicle in a crash on the Northway.

He was a freshman at Clinton Community College. The college is holding a vigil for him at 9 p.m. on campus.
